Cancellation:
A non-refundable deposit and administration fee of $300 will be deducted from any payments made. No exceptions.
With at least two months notice: 100% refund of balance.
With at least two weeks notice: 50% refund of balance.
Less than two weeks notice: No refund.

Program fees are fully transferable and may be differed to the following year, less a $100 administration fee.
A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Kalani Music reserves the right to modify the date(s), schedule or format of the training.

Refunds:
In the unlikely event a course should be canceled, Kalani Music will provide participants with a full refund of course fees.
Kalani Music is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants such as travel, lodging, meals, etc.
Please allow up to six weeks to receive a refund.
All refunds will be made in US funds, or according to PayPal polices (if applicable).
